Notes:

1. The total number of words or characters is to be calculated by means of the Word Count function in Microsoft Word (Menu → Review → Word Count).
2. Also, normally:
   • 1,000 English text characters equals 155 words
   • 1,000 Russian text characters- 145 words
   • 1,800 English text characters- 280 words
   • 1,800 Russian text characters- 260 words.
3. ‘VIP-client’ is a customer who has already placed and paid order(s) for the total amount not less that 2,000 USD.
4. Additional fee to the basic cost for our services provided on weekends, national holidays and during off-hours – plus 50%.
5. The fixed cost services for 150 USD and more are to be split into milestones and each of the latter is to be paid separately.
